On September 5, 2020, we lost our beloved father to colon cancer. He spent seven weeks in hospice, and we had many opportunities to share memories, dreams, and passions. Early in that time, he shared that he was genuinely concerned about the shortage of ministerial candidates in our Restoration churches and colleges. He challenged us to also be concerned about that shortage. His desire was to have any memorial funds designated for the purpose of providing scholarship monies for students willing to commit to full time ministry.
Thank you for the work you do in our local churches, God’s plan for changing the world. Our dad encouraged more than 50 men and women to enter the ministry. It truly was a legacy that was even greater than we knew. We pray that these funds will continue his gift of encouragement for many years to come.
Love from Norm’s girls,
Norma, Cheri, Paula and Laurie
Donate. We hope to endow enough funds in this account to provide at least one scholarship of $1,000/year without depleting the principal, so that additional scholarships may be given.
